We always went to Fuddruckers when we were in Myrtle Beach. For some reason I loved that place. It's been years since I have been.
There's a Checkers close to where I work. My truck is too tall to go through the drive through, so I went to the walk up window where I a piece of shit tried to rob me with a knife I have them make me a half chocolate, half banana milkshake that is fantastic
Damn Ssmiff, I remember you mentioning and me asking you about Bison burgers over at the other place a while ago. I'm grilling tomorrow, what's your recipe if you don't mind sharing? I want to try it
Thats it. Just put a little worc sauce in for that steak burger taste and mix in a bunch of Creole. I bought these slider patty maker things at the store and use slider buns to patty them. Actually prefer it to med well, but they are always juicy.
I'm not sniff but A little Worcestershire, a little salt, pepper and garlic and grill. Or Worcestershire and a little Tony's Don't grill past medium
Thank you guys. We're having company(her friends) over tomorrow and I'm going to put them on the menu.
As Groves described "little Worcestershire, a little salt, pepper and garlic" is how I normally do beef burgers anyways, maybe substituting Worcestershire with Soy Sauce. But I'll try adding Tony's to a few. If those fools don't like it, they can have the chicken. (I know I'll end up having to make beef burgers too)
If you didn’t tell them they were bison, they probably wouldn’t even notice. I just describe them as beefier tasting hamburgers
lots of protein (40% of daily suggestion in 2 ounces) and less fat/gristle without losing juiciness is why I like it.
