I don't make a burger without worcestershire sauce. A friend introduced me to it in college and I was immediately pissed at my parents for never making burgers that way.
It's a Japanese beef that is raised a certain way. I had it at a restaurant in northern Indiana that specializes in it. It's a really tasty piece of meat but it's not cheap.
