Hes one of the most frugal/cheapest men you will ever meet. This should honestly come as no surprise.
Taking out a good portion of the seats closest to the South endzone and installing some type of patio thing with nicer chairs and tables at field level. Basically it's an area that will cost a lot more to sit in, but will have the absolute worst possible view of the field. Also will make it very difficult to see jumbotron.
I’m more intrigued by the new toilets... the idea of tiny fans blowing on my balls as I’m taking a dump is awesome! If they actually do that I may never leave the biffy long enough to actually see the game...

Nah, he started going to the one on Chapman Highway. He also did all of his clandestine meetings there as well.
