Yeah, Hiestand went on to develop 4 1st Rounders and 2 2nd Rounders at Notre Dame in 5 years and now oversees one of the better pass-blocking OLs in the NFL which mirrors the HFC (Nagy) requirements for the OL.
I remember at the time that was laid at Chaney’s feet. Pretty sure I even remember some interviews with him talking about it.
