To quote you, "No one can stop an individual from praying in school." Those were just the first 4 examples that popped up. The group in Wisconsin begs to differ with you about prayer in schools.

You cannot bow your head and pray, quietly and to God only, while in school? As a teacher, you are not allowed, during quiet times, to sit in your chair, close your eyes and pray to God?

I am pretty sure no one would know you are praying.

And, those people can sue and win their case because schools cannot stop individuals from praying in school. You found a few examples of overrzealous school officials or teachers that just highlight a fake panic. For every one of these stories, I can link 100+ schools, easily, that allow some form of Christian group within their schools. Prayer is not even remotely close to being stopped or banned in schools.

Having groups like Fellowship of Christian Athletes and other such groups are considered clubs. You mentioned in an earlier post where Muslims are allowed prayer time, why aren't Jews or Christians allowed prayer time that is sanctioned by public schools then?

Every morning at my sons' school, there is a meeting of the Kids for Christ in one of the classrooms. It is led by one of the teachers and they have morning prayers everyday at 7:30.

Jewish kids don't get excused absences for religious holidays? Schools don't sanction prayer time for Muslim kids. They make arrangements for the kids to get space and quiet to observe their scheduled religious practices, which are set according to a specific schedule, unlike other religions . Christian kids can pray whenever they want, not to mention the schedule is set up, basically, on the Christian calendar as it is. When is the Winter Break? Is it around Christmas? How many school activities are scheduled for Sunday? The idea that Christians are encumberred in most any way is ridiculous, part of the nonsense conspiracies by Christians that they are under attack because they aren't allowed to dictate to others as much as they'd like.

This was just the first article I googled, so if dedicated times for Muslim children are set up, in schools, for prayer time, does this not go against "separation of church and state?"

This line "...any student who asks to be excused from class for religious reasons must be accommodated..." should be the most effective answer to any of the concerns you may have.

How many schools do you think have Fellowship of Christian Atheletes or Meet at the Pole, just to name two groups, that drown out any random right wing links of supposed religious rights violations? Thousands upon thousands. Nearly every link you have put together is some teacher or admin not understanding what the line is and what students can and can't do. It's not policy. There's nothing, NOTHING, that you have linked that is in any way suggestive that there is a serious and coordinated effort to stop Christians from praying in school. The only regulations are that it can't be sanctioned by the school and it can't be disruptive to the learning environment.

Thats totally false. If the admin or teacher is a Christian, then they are being told not to pray. Its also obvious that you didn't read all of them because some deal strictly with children.

That's because the teacher and admin are representatives of the school, hence the government, and cannot, officially, lead prayers. However, in a private capacity, they are certainly able to do so and do all the time. The times when they are able to privately lead prayers is far, far greater than the times they are told (erroneous not to do so.

Those are seriously bullshit websites and in no way factual. You keep on seeking out the exception to the rule while completely ignoring the rule that is in place and practiced everywhere. You keep trying to make the majority group in charge and able to practice their religion unencumbered 99.9% of the time (The 0.1% of the time being overzealous school officials misunderstanding or misapplying separation of church and state guidelines) as some sort of victim group, which is absurd.
