He was a bad ass today.

 

So was Dobbs, honestly.

 

I wouldn't take anyone over him. Anyone.

 

Especially considering what he was given.

 

He still can't hit water from a damn raft.

 

Whole team deserves better. They're fighters. Wish they had coaches who were, as well.

 

Agreed, but that was a pretty great performance still.

 

This completely sums it up. No question on their effort.

 

He isn't allowed to read the coverage and half of our called passes are screens.

The guy led the team in rushing, receiving and passing. He's not accurate, but he's not given any opportunities to get going throwing the ball

He has one read and he struggles to hit that one.

The pass to Josh Smith in the 4th is Dobbs. You don't get guys that wide open in high school. And he missed him terribly.

 

He hadn't thrown a pass for 46 minutes either

 

Agree. And I like the guy. He can make plays and saves an awful OLine at times.

But shoddy play calling aside, he isn't going to do much with his arm to ever wow me.
