Preparing for a bowl game? Talking about a wonderful turnaround by Tennessee's football team and staff? Introducing a new coach? Introducing a new AD? Googling who the new head coach is? Throwing in the towel on Tennessee athletics? Getting Chucky masks and billboards ready? Something else?
Ideally, talking about how excited we are about our new coach. Realistically, talking about how much we hate our administration.
I don't see how Hart or Butch survive the combination of a bad season and a disgruntled locker room with what sounds like plenty of skeletons in the closet. Just completely going on gut feel and no insider knowledge at this point, Fulmer is appointed interim AD and goes out and hires a big name coach. I don't think Fulmer takes the job unless he has a pretty good assurance of getting a big name. Fulmer isn't risking his reputation any further damage.
Jones will finish the season 6-7 after a bowl loss, but we give him an extension. Progress Process One more year of bricks is all we need and we're there
I remember when we made fun of Fulmer getting a contract guarantee for a eight win season. And he couldn't ever get there.
We will all be discussing the events of Monday, December 28th, 2015. The Bengals play at the Broncos. After Peyton gets a win and ensures his team another playoff berth Jon Gruden congratulates him on the field after the game. Then he says, "I guess we'll be talking alot more in the offseason. I would like to tell the entire Monday Night Football audience that this is my last broadcast. I'm heading off to coach the University of Tennessee Volunteers and am damn proud to do so." Peyton and Gruden hug and every single one of us shoots a load simultaneously.
