DailyBeast ran a story stating that Acosta told pre-screeners for the Dept of Labor that his hands were tied w/ Epstein due to some up-the-chain politics and Epstein being an asset. If that's the case, you can't really pin this on Acosta.
All the evidence points to this being WAY bigger than Epstein. It’ll be interesting to see it play out. I hope it actually gets to play out.
From what I've read the "above board" reason is he was State Asset against Bear Stearns for the major assets fraud cases going on then.
That doesn’t make a great deal of sense right? He’d been gone for 20 years and doesn’t appear to actually be a player in that world at all through his business.

No clue, and I haven't really been watching much on this. Let me expound, though, that IF GUILTY, all involved should go to prison. The idea of someone selling teenagers for sex is as bad as it gets, and if true they should be exposed.
