First I've heard of Yik Yak.

 

It's an app where you can say pretty much anything you want anonymously. It's good boredom entertainment.

 

If anyone advised him to do that it was horrible advice.

To answer Kpt, Yik Yak is the 21st century version of writing "For a good time call..." on the bathroom stall.
