It's about the Browns, but with as many headaches as he's caused here, I figured it was worth posting here. http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/...rowns-front-office-where-hope-history-collide
The bit about #dp had me rolling... imagine 20 minutes of porn showing on an NFL office wall and finally getting a tech guy to come in and shut it off.
The whole time I read it was just me going, yup....yup....can see that.....make perfect sense.....he did that here....yup....yup.....not surprised....yup....
"We just don't know what we are doing," Dee said in the office around that time, according to multiple sources in the building, a refrain they had heard her utter before but that she denied through a team spokesman. "If we'd known how hard it would be, we never would have bought the team." This is just gold.
They... they know that most franchises just build an office made up of people that DO know how hard it is and how to do it.. right?
Some of the richest folks I know are complete dumbasses. They just know how to do one thing that is really lucrative.
Best quote in the article there. This one is a close 2nd: "One of the marketing staffers entered a search for #dp -- for Dawg Pound. The problem was, that hashtag carried a few different meanings, one of which triggered an array of porn to be broadcast onto a wall for the entire office to see for more than 20 minutes, until a tech employee killed the feed."
Well they sure got to see plenty of pounding in that 20 minutes I'm guessing. I'd also take Haslam for a cuck who likes watching his wife #dp
I’m not really surprised by any of it. I think we all pretty much knew that he knew next to nothing about football. Turns out he knows absolutely not one single thing about it. Edit: Now that I skim back thorough it, some of the how is so bad I can’t imagine this is how he ran Pilot.
