All I was saying is that I thought he was better than Crompton and Stephens and I'll leave it at that.
I can respect this statement. And Crompton was doing himself no favors at the time. Cut wasn't playing him in 08.
[uck fay] him. I scored 23 in the 1st quarter of a high school game. 23. In a single quarter. I don’t know what it feels like to win a national championship, but I doubt it’s half that sweet.
I thought Ainge was a guy that had loads of potential and never really got close to what he could have been. Would have been interesting to see what he could have been if you give him Cut for 4 years, take away the shoulder injury his freshman year, and stay away from the off the field stuff.
Last game of college intramurals I convinced them to let me play QB in the second half. 5-6 with 2 touchdown passes, one of which I got the corner on a hitch and go. And I did it totally free of painkillers too.
The shoulder injury diminished what was the most powerful arm here since Shuler. He got off lucky though, Willy Korn’s Freshman shoulder injury destroyed his entire throwing motion.
I'm not disagreeing. It's just not the highest praise. The last half of Crompton's senior year did had some fun moments though.
Matt Simms, and that's it. EDIT: Actually wasn't he in the NFL for a bit? Forgot about McBride, so definitely him.
I probably scored the shortest distance goal in soccer history. The ball was literally sitting on the goal line.
And Matt Simms still looks like the Matt Simms of the 2010 UF game in the AAF. He got stashed on a practice squad because of his last name for a few years.
All he has to do is put ANY loft on a ball and let Gerald Jones run under it and we beat LSU. ANY loft and we win.
He looked halfway decent in his one NFL start. Way, way better than he ever looked here. He actually got worse the longer he was on campus. When he finally got benched for Worley, he was as bad as anyone we've ever had.
