They’re concerned with his 2 ACL injuries. I personally would take the gamble on him but it’d be alright only if they can get Coynis Miller and Langham signed.
Definitely need to be upfront with him. Could be they wanted more time to evaluate him given his injuries and the lack of time they had before the Early signing day
Are we sure staff hasn't spoken to him? Seems odd to fly to Florida to let Penix know in person to move on, but not touch base with a tn kid in a decent area of HS football. Though if Jennings doesn't come back, along with Jack Jones career not working out, has UT had many good players from that area?
Hubbs has said the current staff has not been in contact with him since coming in. Additionally the previous staff had quit contacting him as well but that may have had more to do with the staff knowing they weren't gonna be here much longer too
