LSU vs. Clemson

Might as well get a thread started.

I'm just not sure that LSU can be stopped enough. And honestly, I think Aranda can hold his own against Venables in slowing down the other team enough.

Clemson: 28

Clemson will add a score or two late, in garbage time, but the game will be decided by the half.

 

I think this is the way it goes, but the numbers may be wider

for a team that’s won 29 straight, this just blows my mind.

I’m sick of Clemson, hope LSU crushes them, but I’m not expecting it.

If you're Clemson, you got the best possible outcome from both semifinal games. LSU showed a level of dominance that they can't duplicate and Clemson beat a great team when they weren't hitting on all cylinders. Venables frustrates Burrows and Trevor Lawrence steals the show again. Clemson 24-17

 

Clemson wins 38-35 imo

 

This game is going to look like the USC-Oklahoma Orange Bowl. Maybe not a 36 point margin of victory, but it will be obvious from the jump that LSU is the better team and they will cruise to a win.

I’m thinking Clemson 35-31, but hoping it’s more like LSU 42-21.

 

A buddy sent me a clip of Ed Orgeron saying he drinks 8-10 energy drinks a day. In light of this information I'm changing this prediction to 42-38 LSU
