Cris Collinsworth mentioned Harbaugh tonight during the Broncos/Lions game. His comment about him was something to the effect, "Give him a month and his team will be playing physical". I chuckled because I then thought about the situation at here at Tennessee, we hire guys where it takes years. And even after a few years, it's a process and we should temper expectations. Give Harbaugh a few years and Michigan will be a top 5 team.
