Apparently they refuse to name the areas but this statement by the Police Chief might shed some light:

Where are the places the German military won't dare go? Name the locations. I don't think that was what she meant.

What areas in the United Staes are Law Enforcement unwilling to go into?

PS: Waco was predominantly law enforcement and Weaver was all law enforcement.

There are neighborhoods where LE avoids unless they have to go. Cop cars don't hang out in Lonsdale in Knoxville, for an example. I'm skeptical that there are places in Germany where cops won't go at all. I'd just like to hear their name.

 

College campuses, at times. Concerts, or anywhere that a sizable crowd gathers.

 

There are a few areas in a Chicago that aren’t visited unless there is a death.

 

20+ reported rapes (you have figure the actual number was much more) on a college campus in 1 night or at a concert. When/were (what college or concert) was this reported in the US? I call BS.

 

I mean, if we're going to use rape as a measure of enforcement, KidB has a thread out there already.

 

The Leader of a Country comes out discussing no go zones for law enforcement. I point out 20+ rapes during a single incident and IP want to pretend that both are common in the US.
