I've seen a bunch of people speculating about AT&T. Do they have a building on 2nd? People are saying it was parked right next to one of their centers.
Something weird to go off at literally the least busy time dowtown. So thinking aloud, insurance deal with struggling businesses there and desperate owners, or angry AT & T employee. Or meth lab breaking bad style. Or maybe the worst terrorists ever who took down no buildings and caused no casualties. Surely street cams caught the RV coming in and out. Also wonder if gunshots heard was someone firing at it to get it ablaze, vs ammo inside the vehicle.
