A lot of the stuff I've seen so far is petty stuff. Drinks and "VIP" treatment at clubs isn't a huge deal. Hanging out on his yacht isn't necessarily a violation either. That being said, there's plenty there to hang the U. Every school has guys like this hanging around.
I wouldn't go quite that far. They got caught multiple times and they continued to spit in the face of the NCAA and its rules.
