i don't know if it's the games that have come out the past few years or just what my gaming preference has evloved to but i'm thinking, with sports games at least, going with the every other year, i mean how much better/worse/different can a game get from year to year without a total overhaul of the engine. dynasties end up turning into a hassle/chore to a point that it loses it's enjoyment then everyone [itch bay]es about everything. i almost enjoy single player with a here and there game against a friend more so than dynasties. to me buying the same game year after year with some new shiny thing just doesn't do it for me anymore
Will probably buy assuming our dynasty sticks together next year.....which i'm assuming it will. Otherwise I would most likely pass. Not much has come out about the game so far, but i'm fully anticipating the same usual shtick with this title from EA again. OD play is the only reason I even think about buying these anymore. EA lost me with their self proclaimed "new features" and "selling points" years ago.
Everyone jesus it is bad enough some of you may be considering voting for Romney or Santy but please please do the world a greater favor. Do not buy this game until we are sure it is good. I mean are we crack addicts? NCAA 10 and 12 were absolute garbage. If you keep buying they will not change.
They have the perfect system, make an exciting demo, then dangle that 20 dollar off preorder deal. I don't want to pay 60 bucks for a yearly game. But what if it really is good and I miss the deal? Gets me every time. I did pass on Tiger Woods this year though.
it seems like at least with the big name games at least somewhere around a month after release somewhere like target or best buy has it for at $10 off if not more, but if it really turned out to be that great of a game might not mind having to pay full price for once when odds are you'll regret even having the game after a month
So true, fleetwood. But then, the competitive disadvantage of being a month late is a killer in our ultra-competitive asshole dynasty.
Do you guys typically buy this game every year? I think that prior to 2012, the last one i bought was 2009. Only reason I MIGHT buy 2013 is if the dynasty moves over to it and you guys invite my cheesy ass to join.
I have every version since 2003. That said, if people don't like 2013 better, I may pass on the game until Tennessee is good again and it doesn't make me physically sick inside to use them.
Fifa is boss though. Harry, I dont think its really that much of a case for the money that they spend, just that the development teams for FIFA and NHL are so much better than NCAA and Madden. What we need is EA Toronto to start making the NCAA game then it would be boss. Im still convinced that with the current engine, the game is pretty much gonna suck. Its a shame because the online dynasty is one of the best modes in sports gaming.......eva

Enjoyed that video of WM's. So true. I forget all the crap I had to unlearn to get to where I wasn't throwing 5 picks a game. basically, the slant vs man is dead. Which is opposite of reality.
