I knew I should have went to TTU, I'd have fit in better.

 

I spent 18 years in Jackson and Humboldt, glad I didn’t end up in Cookeville, no offense to it

 

I worked for Sysco and lived in Jackson at Cherry Grove apartments. Brooksies Barn my biggest account. Also when I found out Chinese places use chicken parts for chicken dishes. Hung out at some bar with a beach theme. This was 1995 and fights there every weekend, especially when teams playing the Jackson baseball team came to town. Drunk jackson 20 something males didn't like baseball players coming in and trying to screw their women. That's about all the action Jackson provided for me.

And in did love me some brooksies barn.

 

My dad would drive on friday or sat nights once in awhile in a station wagon with a table in the back where we sat, in early 80s to either Bozos in Mason, TN or all the way to Brooksies then go to the general store. Was a family treat. Then in my 20s i ended up having both as food accounts.
