I don’t know that he should be forced to take any job offered, but damn it, take a job

 

He doesn’t want to reduce the money we’re paying him, and he’s got no responsibilitues or expectations where he’s at.

 

I would think that simply being offered a coaching job that pays 100,000 or whatever would be enough to reduce the buyout by that amount.

 

Why work for the same money you’re already getting for free?
