Mike Holmgren. Won one in GB then lost one with Seattle.

 

Did Reid not make it to the Super Bowl with the Eagles? I thought he did. Lost, but made it.

 

He did in ‘04 with McNabb and TO.

 

John Fox made it with Carolina and Denver. Dan Reeves did it with Denver and Atlanta. Neither of them won, though.
