Were the Volympics really a thing? I heard Jones talk about it a time or two his first weeks in Knoxville and then never heard about it again.

I’d not be surprised at all if the initial reception from the team was so bad that they just scrapped it and decided to never mention it again.

 

If anyone can find the link of clip of jones talking about energy vampires and the guy calling him a [Big Stupidhead] and telling him to STFU, it would be greatly appreciated.

Not sure. It was an edited clip. Someone took the PC of jones explaining "energy vampires" and spliced it with a youtube video. It was on a tweet that someone posted but I can't find it.

That Michigan/Minnesota accent or whatever it's called is very annoying to me. I'm sure my southern accent is viewed the same up there. People joke about Pruitt sounding like one of us, but it's more enjoyable to listen to a man speak than a robot.

 

The forced deep voice is more annoying than his accent.

 

He’s as big a phony as has ever walked this planet. This site, viewed as overly negative by most, was far too easy on him.

 

We just call it like we see it... and how we see it is usually how it actually is.
