So, who’s the top candidate for LB and WR’s?

We going to wait until after NSD?

Would you have to offer the Co DC title and a heafty pay check to get him here?

I don't think so. USF is still paying him so that should help.

My guess is Niedermeyer moves to LBs, Osovet will move to TE, and we hire a RB coach from outside.

Addison Lynch is a name to watch if the moves within don’t pan out that way.

I looked him up, didn't really find too much info. I take it he's a strong up and comer, he good at recruiting?

Just finished second year as Chargers Defensive QC.

Prior to that he served for 6 years as Jimbo’s defensive QC coach at FSU. So, there’s the connection to Pruitt.

He’s a young guy and seems to draw rave reviews as a person, but he’s never been an actual on-field coach, be it at the college or the NFL level.

As far as his recruiting prowess, I have no idea. As he wasn’t an on-field coach, he couldn’t do any off-campus recruiting, and there isn’t anything on him specifically as to his on-campus recruiting efforts.

Being that he really hasn't done much recruiting, he's an unknown in that skill set. One would think CP would go for a proven recruiter to fill in the opening but obviously good recruiters are not easy to come by so I guess he has to take what he can get. Not saying he'd be a bad choice, if he's even a choice at all, and Lynch may end up being a good recruiter so we'll wait see who gets the gig.
