Official 2018 8th Maxim Fantasy Football League Thread

Parity makes for more teams vying for a playoff berth, more managers keeping up with teams, equals more fun. All teams have wins, no goose eggs, so everyone is still in it. Hate it when managers give up early in season, makes for unequal competition if some do not have them on schedule.

3rd in points, but with a losing record. This is not my fantasy football.

 

1st place is 11th in points. 1.5 points away from 12th.

I think you're actually 2nd in points. Just behind Randy.

 

I’m like 5th or 6th in points and in dead last place. Still plenty of time left though

 

By around week 10 or 12 it should all work out to where most of the point leaders are also the standings leaders. Been kind of a wild season so far, makes it interesting.

Well I had over 80 points on my bench tonight between 3 players. 70 between 2 of them. I had started Amari Cooper through every horrible game the last 5 weeks. And tonight he sits and goes for over 200 and 2 TDs. I'm glad I motivated him.

 

Yeah go figure. I had him in another league and had benched him a couple weeks ago. Happens fairly regularly for me. I'll probably start him next week so he will almost certainly revert back to 2.3 points.

 

Cannot believe I lost by one point due to a defensive player gaining 16.5 points on a 8 point projection. From 1st to 4th, free fallin'.

I got lucky Indidnt lose this week after sitting 70 points between two players on my bench.

I have another league where I lead the league in scoring but I'm ranked 9 out of 12.

 

Lol, Jordan Reed hadn’t scored more than like 5 all year. He scores 18 , and I lose by 1.
