Supposedly Pruitt had a big come and meet our family neighborhood deal and told a couple guys, "I aint promising much except we wont play like [ussies pay]"
No B#tch on the sidelines is a great start. To put it in baseball terms, I believe he was below replacement level.
Got my season tix today! They put them in a fancy 1998 commemorative binder-thingy. Just when I was feeling better, they reminded me it has been 20 fawking years and I'm an old man.
Walking out of Neyland after watching Butch fumble[uck fay] the Florida game away, 10-9 in '14, I vowed that I'd not make another trip to Knoxville as long as he was the coach. He didn't make it hard for me to hold that position. Happy to say I copped a few tix for the UTEP game on 9/15. Will make the trip up with my old man and my 5 year old son - his first Neyland experience. 3 generations, together, clad in orange, rooting on the Vols....feels good to feel good again. I may even woo during Rocky Top if the bourbon hits me just right.
If you're not excited about this season and our near future, I'm not sure I want you cheering on my Vols.
Bought five tickets to Gator game today. Dad is renting a cabin. So looking forward to seeing the team and staff.
You know it's bad when a guy like Doug Mathews says something negative about the kid. Doug said " I'm sure Tyson Helton saw something in him (Keller) that made him think he could play in this league, but by golly it wasn't his arm strength."
