I want a live reverse draft. I want to watch schools [itch bay] out on teams. Tennessee can pass each round because the schedule will get easier no matter what. Only Auburn can also say that

 

I’ll still be surprised if ours isn’t bama vandy and Kentucky. Not saying that’s who I want. Just who I think it will be.

 

I still wouldn’t be shocked if they pulled off a surprise and we got something like bama Oklahoma and Texas Georgia rivalries for a few years at least. In many ways bama Oklahoma makes sense to me.

 

I went to Lexington in 2001. Highlight of the trip was while I was waiting in line at concession stand, kid in front of me says to his dad, “we’re not gonna win today are we, dad?“ and dad goes “probably not, son.”

Which of all the things that is going to be coming out of this, it is the most exciting to me. Not having to wait ten years to play a team in the SEC

There's going to be some crying from half the league in 2024 with who gets 5 home games vs 4 the very first year of this new format.

 

They probably need to try to balance it somehow ie if you’ve got 4 home games you go to Vandy etc. no way they’ll make everybody happy though

I think the schedule will balance out fine with the rotating opponents.
