I'm at a diner eating lunch, they have a TV with a show called, The Real. I wish I was at work. I'd rather not know this crap is on TV during the day.

 

Night before last had a crazy nightmare and woke up at 4:15 and couldn't go back to sleep.

Last night got a charlie horse at 4:00 and couldn't go back to sleep.

Joy.

 

I would check to see where NYY was at about 3:45 those nights.

 

My Facebook feed would tell you to drinknmore water in the evenings.

 

Let me introduce you to shoulder surgery. I sleep 20-40 minutes at a time, while sitting in an upright position. Been a little less than 2 weeks

 

I'm not that old yet.

 

I probably drink 200 ounces of water a day. That ain't it.

Started about 5 years ago. I've always sipped on something all the time, but transitioned from cokes to water.

 

Scoutmaster of our troop used to get cramps at night horribly and he started drinking a Propel or two every day in his water and it caused it to stop.

 

Last night was first night in ages I've had one. Just woke me up at 4am and I've been up since.

 

So, I informed my boss today that I would be moving on. We are short staffed and have been for over a year now. I'll be the third out of four of my ilk to leave in the last six months, and the fourth is staring down being out for several weeks for medical reasons. The mood has not been super cheerful.

 

That boss needs to take a look in the business mirror and wonder why most of his department has left, I would imagine.
