Last day at my old job today.

The boy had to read a non-fiction book over the summer, and he read one on WW2. He has now become a WW2 junkie and has read every book possible he can find on WW2. Last night I gave him a book I had on it that he'd be able to understand, and he grabbed it and ran to his room to start reading.

He also currently wants to go to West Point.

 

My oldest is a WWII junkie, he wants to be Captain America. He does push ups and sit ups every night and orders salads instead of french fries at restaurants. I'm jealous of his self control

 

The boy would probably be ok with being Cap.
