I think you can fill north half of stadium upper deck. Not sure south half would be worth it.

I was telling my daughters that we used to go stand in line at the store to buy tickets. If you went to a "good" store, they'd just buy as many as they could first thing, get a bunch of tickets, then sell them to people in line, but the shit stores would buy them one person at a time and would only get a couple of pairs before they sold out.
