I'm trying to figure out if it's a bad or good thing.

 

Guess he decided that if he can't beat em, join em.

 

So Friday night I was playing with my daughter and she dared me to do a bridge, where you lay flat on your back and push up with hands and legs and bend your back.

So like an idiot, I accepted and did it. After 2 seconds crashed to the ground in pain and could barely get up. And while being ok yesterday have been barely able to stand in one spot for long periods of time today.

Moral of story - don't try these. Just accept you are old and let your kids heckle you.

Update - 4 hours of sitting on a heating pad seemed to have helped some. Still hurts though.

I was so hesitant to eat at Chez Guevarra. But by God, they had some delicious food.
