Card does not experience time the same way the rest of us do.

 

He’s a year behind on what most would consider the end of a decade. Makes sense that he’s a month behind what most would consider the end of a year.

I bet his workday is 10a-6p.

Yup. They always do it in January after everything has calmed down from the holidays. It may not even called that, but it's what it is.

Some sales reps just can't take a hint. And by hint I mean "we're not interested because we offer the exact same service."

 

"Sir. We are not a potential customer, we are an actual competitor." And if they can't figure out the difference, they're not gonna be very competitive.

 

It's a girl. She's 27, 28. Works for ADP. I've told her over and over, "we offer payroll services, and if we ever get one too big I have a guy with another company I have a great relationship with I will send them too."

So she gets in 2nd in commands office and convinces her to do a lunch and she's bringing in her regional manager for it. I just rolled my head back in frustration.

I recently got marketing solicitation for leads from a trade show that we are putting on.

“Hey, what if told you over 1,000 people and 100+ venders are going to be at the show next month...and we can send you all their names and contact info for one low price!”

I wrote back “If you told me that 1,oo0 people and 100+ venders are going to be at the show next month I would believe you because we invited all of them!”
