I am musically retarded. I'm ambidextrous, so it's all kinds of screwed up for me anyway

 

I had an electric guitar and thought i could figure it out. Awful. Left hand would cramp up trying to make notes. All my fingers and thumbs like to work together as a team. Cant ask my fingers to do stuff on their own.

 

Girlfriend bought my daughter a guitar for her birthday. Was thinking about learning a bit... reading Norris post has me thinking otherwise.

Take it up. It is just a lot harder than I dreamed it would be! But it is worth it.

 

I can play that with the best of them.

 

This downtime is killing me. I don’t do well with free time as my whole life has always been pretty much regimented. So I figured a challenge may be good.

 

WTF is this downtime? Busiest I've ever been.

 

No teaching. No practice. No games.

I have went back into Hudl and labeled every defensive call from previous season. Front, stunts, coverage, checks, etc.

And still have nothing to do.

 

Yalls golf courses still open?

 

I was mowing fence line today and had a stick knock the drive belt off of my zero turn mower.

That was a real joy fixing

 

That’s a [itch bay] job. Almost as bad as changing rubber seal on my front load washer. I’ve never cussed as much as putting that bastard on.

I got it put back on but I think it will be the last time I ever do it.

I’ll load the damn thing up and take it to a shop before I do that again

 

It’s damn near a two person job with the tensioner.

 

I can at least fake it on most anything except violin. Don’t think I’ll ever conquer that one. I don’t want to learn to play it, I just want to pick it up and play Devil Went Down to Georgia. It’s getting about time to get it out and get pissed at it again
