Holy cow.. just got my sons boarding assignment info for nooga in the fall. I sure as hell didn't have this nice of a dorm at UT. Got his own BR, kitchen, den and washer/dryer. Crazy.

Looks like the same building my friends lived in back in the early 2000s. Appears it’s been pretty well kept over the years if so. I had several beers there

 

My rent came out to $2900 or so for this month.

I pay that much because I'm American. I'm told locals usually pay 1/3 to 1/2 in similar properties. The landlords/agents know the rates we are subsidized and charge accordingly.

 

Memphis has a much cheaper housing market than everywhere else, and so rent is highly variable.

Not sure about a three bedroom place, but a two bedroom home in midtown should be rentable for around 1100.
