I think we will see something new next week. While I don't expect to win the game, Hurd carrying 23 times yesterday is a big deal. If we spread em out and use the pass to set up the run(which doesn't have to be great, just respectable to keep em honest,) they're could be a sliver of a chance. If Hurd gets 25 carries, the Vols win this game. I like Lane, but Hurd is next level.

I like to be optimistic, but if Hurd gets 25 carries he'll run into our centers ******* or a defensive lineman's arms on 20 of them.

 

I think our defense is good enough to hold serve against them, unfortunately our offense (more specifically the OC) is inept. If our offense played a clean game I think it would be close. I don't see that happening though.
