why?

 

On paper he's done very well there. I think it said of 14 seasons he's had 9 10+ wins. That being said, they underachieve every year based on the talent he's had to work with. Either-

1. The UGA admin thinks he'll break through eventually
2. They're happy winning (despite not winning it all)
3. They're afraid of making a change and the program taking a dive

 

It ain't #1 or #2 so ...

 

yeah, unfortunately I'm well aware of the fanbase that will keep the guy around who has been historically good, but never will win the big one. personally I'd rather roll the dice that the next coach will torpedo the program than know for a fact you will never win anything of note.
