Sometimes, good coaches with divergent ideas and philosophies can build a team that is dominant because they had the ability to compromise for benefit of their team's success. I'm not saying that didn't happen in Fayetteville this year, but whatever it was they settled on for an offensive attack didn't work in 2022.

 

He has a pretty killer staff but has focused more on transfers than recruits which I don't think works long term. You have to build your team with elite recruits and just fill in a few spots from time to time with solid transfer guys.
