I have no doubt they’re one of the four best teams. [uck fay] them though. They had their chance last night and blew it.

Bama closed them out 21-0 down the stretch. When it mattered, Georgia looked like any other football team.

And that’s after Ed Orgeron skull [uck fay]ed them for 60 minutes in October.

I’d rather see UCF in the playoff than Georgia.

I agree they are one of the best four as well but agreed, your record matters. You want in the playoffs? Don’t get run out of the stadium by an average LSU team.

Cool. They’re still one of the four most complete teams. They don’t deserve to get in though. And I really have no interest in watching a UCF football game ever.

UGA already played their playoff game and lost. So back to your doghouse you flea bitten mongrels, and I don't mean the mascot Uga.

Lol UGA in the dreaded #5 spot

    I don’t understand the purpose for ranking a 5th and 6th team for a 4-team playoff.

Yeah I guess they still do the whole 25.

Maybe to deflect some controversy away from the #4 spot from teams not in the #5 spot?

I maintain that an easy fix to the playoff system is to require a conference championship.

But what happens then if Northwestern and Pitt had won yesterday?

Then the question becomes are they one of the 4 best conference champions? Or you expand to 8 and create 2 wild cards and one nonpower 5 slot, reduce the regular season to 11 games.

UGA getting in over OSU or OU would be a travesty. Why even freaking keep score?

If Georgia had been undefeated going into the SECCG, I’d be 100% receptive to their argument. But they surrendered their margin for error in Baton Rouge.

Georgia was probably the 3rd best team in the country, but they had exactly no room for error after they got pounded by LSU.

That’ll be Texas in the Sugar, I think. Would be a good’n.
