Barnett and Hurd play football the way it is supposed to be played

 

They threw to their stud, right? Probably put the deep safety over him or at least over his side.

 

I'm just wondering why we don't put two or three deep in that situation. I'm fine with man, but 1 safety?

 

To Jancek's credit, uga only had two receivers doing anything consistently on the day. Plus, it was almost a given he was going to throw it to Mitchell.

It is a questionable decision, but it's also Richt on offense

 

What happened on the Hurd fumble? How did we let three guys in the backfield in less than half a second?

 

Backer split the gap between left guard and center and timed snap perfect. Blew play up. Other two guys came from ends. Probably not blocked in the scheme. But when rb gets stood up it looks worse.

 

Yeah, I think Lambert knew where he was throwing it before the ball was snapped.

 

Remember that play we had with Dooley where we'd snap it and all the lineman wouldn't move? I think we tried it on a run play.

 

Didn't watch it, I only allow myself 1 happy time per week. Just my rule.

 

I like how SEC Network went for the ultimate buzz kill last night by showing the '01 UGA game after the replay.

 

I caught that too. I walked back in room, wondered what game it was for half a second, then turned it off.

I was there. I haven't been at a lot of the noisiest games (like 98 Florida and 2004 Florida) but the stadium shook when Stephens scores right before that. It really did. Loudest I've ever heard. It hurt my ears. Chavis and Fulmer needed to be took out and flogged after ruining that in less than 44 seconds.

 

Watching SEC Inside; these Grey uniforms look so much better than the ones from 2 years ago.

 

I really didn't like them. Am I in the minority on that?
