It is called being at one place far too long. Happens to all the coaches. Spurrier is the only one I know of that grasped this concept and got out when the getting was good. Twice.

I am willing to bet Richt will do well the first 4-7 years at Miami, as long as the administration there actually lets him do anything. That job is a complete mess of Fool's Gold now.
