    They will get Gruden for $10 million per year. Also, Saban would be a huge moron to go work for Irsay instead of the easy ride into retirement that he has now. He could probably win there though. Easily. That might be enough.

    that's where I am. His "super focused" at all times approach to life and sports doesn't work well with pros, IMO.

    When was the last time a coach had success in college, went to the NFL, failed, came back to college and had even more success, and then went back to the NFL?

    I don't see Saban working for Irsay, but I will be shocked if he's at Alabama two years from now.
