I agree with Bannon on this, and verbatim, for well or ill.

I don't understand the point of the parentheses at the end.

He used two hyphens instead of a colon. Because using colons is like butt stuff with a man, and that's for libs.

Didn't even realize it was two hyphens instead of one. Seems a bit odd to me. You put quotations around what you reported was a text. Seems obvious the punctuation would be Bannon's. And it was a private tweet, not a thesis paper. Just seems overly snooty to point that out.

Of course it was well within the Executive powers to do exactly what he did - all of the hand-wringing and protestations, aside.

While he can sometimes bog down in written dissent, Roberts may very well write the best and most clear majority opinions of anyone on the court, IMO.

Sotomayor’s dissent (joined by RBG) is as equally deserving of a read as the majority opinion, and perhaps moreso. It offers inconvenient truths, and necessary perspective - but in practically bubbling with outrage, and replete with biting barbs, it gives hope that the Court might regain a much-needed pugilist turned jurist, and which Scalia’s death left void. Of course, I’ll hate every word and opinion she gives, but the court needs a young jurist who will not shy away from wading in and mixing it up. Both the Court and our Nation are infinitely better, when her voice is strong, as it is here.

    It starts on Page 65.

Didn’t want people to re-tweet names of dead musicians named Period or Comma or the like.
