I don't know if many people realize StubHub gives you the option to let them lower the price the closer the event becomes. They end up eating them because the price isn't going down for the people hanging out in G10 checking it as kickoff draws closer.
I'd like to do it like this if it was just me. Though, I'm also particular about where I like to sit. Either seatbacks in South endzone or lower level on UT side. How wide a variety in seats do you usually have?
I've seen it happen a lot with stuff I go to, but who knows? This definetely isn't a good time because people haven't received their season tickets yet so they aren't listing them yet
There are (or were, haven't been around much since Kiffin) a sizeable group that buy tickets in packages just to sell them with huge markups for conference games. If they can't resell, those get bought at face by fans.
I'd say ticket prices for the Florida game will correct themselves if we shit the bed versus VT. And, I'd say ticket prices for the Bama game will undergo the same correction if we shit the bed in 2 of 3 vs VT/UF/UGA. 20% chance we lose to VT. 40% chance we lose to UGA and/or UF. Or, has Butch given up gameday duties?
From 2004 to 2011 they won 10 or more every year and their average finish was 13th. That is not sucking.
i'll concede that they didn't suck by the true meaning of the word, but they were horribly overrated forever. they would have been a 7 or 8 win program in the SEC.
