Inch and a half of rain in 40 minutes. Insane.

 

After watching the 2010 Nashville flood, that doesn't even register with me

 

I’ll see your Nashville floods and raise you a Harvey.

Hell, we had over 12 inches in 4 hours the week before last.

You avoid some of the roaring water flash flooding here though because it’s flat. Just get swallowed up by a rising lake, in effect, unless you live near a bayou.

 

Damn. Didn't do anything here, barely even a cloud in the sky.

 

We had some thunder and a light sprinkle in Norris. That was it.

 

My cousin intercepted a nice tornado on Friday evening in Nebraska.

I don’t know one pair from the next but I love the sunset reflection silhouetting his truck.

 

I already miss winter.

 

The older I get, the less I like cold.

 

I'm the opposite, I can't stand this 500 degrees with 200% humidity 10 months out of the year

 

It thundered a good bit in Townsend. My power flickered off and on once. Not a drop of rain. Thunder sounds awesome out here btw

 

Also I can drive a couple of miles through to the IGA or whatever and go through a monsoon and not get a drop at my house or vice versa
