I'm disappointed there hasn't been any discussion of the coaching prowess of Caldwell and Warlick. They should be judged solely on their qualifications as basketball coaches, and not some subjective standard of beauty as if their only job is to look pretty on the sideline.

I am for merit based hiring decisions in all sports that I don't watch.
