Not really. Only way he gets promoted to HC is if Tennessee wins at such a high level that Dooley leaves for a better job. I don't see that happening.

Another undervalued thing I think some people are forgetting about is the possiblitly of Shannon giving us an in with some of the recruiting hotbeds in Florida.
