And we can't get Lyle fired

 

To be fair, Golden is way worse than Lyle.

 

I mean they are a dumpster fire, but at one point he had them ranked top 10. Without some crazy luck I'm not sure Butch will ever accomplish that.

Edit: went and looked. They were ranked 7 because they started the season with a long string of crap opponents, so it doesn't really mean anything. I just hate on Butch wherever I can.

 

Seemed like it would work out. Oh well, been a long time coming.

 

Anyone have a feeling that Butch will go to Miami?

 

The head coaching shake up this year is going to be crazy.

 

I also don't think the Miami job is what it was ten years ago. Moving out of the Orange Bowl and to that dolphin stadium was horrible for them. Plus not sure the admin wants to win anymore.

 

Did they ever? I mean they hired good coaches, but it seemed like they were never comfortable with football shining more than academics.
