I watched the "highlights" from the game last night. What a joke. Most of our goals were slop goals. Now, not having seen the rest of the game, I don't know how it looked or what the Cubans were doing (keeping all 11 inside the penalty area the whole game?), and of course, the pitch looked worse than the US Cellular fields in Farragut. Nothing to learn from that kind of game other than a "W".
Probably field plus lack of motivation/urgency, goal difference was already decided since they went level with Canada after last game, which meant that only a win was necessary. They needed to run it up in the first game, and it was something like 9-0.
