Sounds Like Barnes Hiring is Imminent

Tyndall made considerable less than 2.2, if I remember right. 1.6 I think, which was low for the conference. Maybe somewhere between for Barnes?

I think he's a good coach and if he comes in with a chip on his shoulder to prove Texas wrong, I think he'll do really well here

No, we low-balled him and he had one of the lowest salaries in the conference. We did the same with Martin and if you recall there was some unpleasantness regarding pay towards the last third of his tenure.

 

That would be ideal. Gonna have to kroot uphill a bit initially though.
