I think his right heel hits the line when he goes to catch the ball, before he elevates his heel, after he shoves Turner, and also don't agree it was a foul on Turner, considering where he jumped from and where he landed, which was to the side of where Edwards jumped then turned his hip and threw his leg. Final answer.

 

Looks pretty out of bounds to me, and I didn't think that until that picture.
