Big talk for someone that barely got into a play in game in his third season. **** him, he's now just a half step above Dooley on the piece of shit scale.

Why the **** is he happy for us? In order to be happy for us (or them) wouldn't we (or they) have to be happy about the result on their own? Anybody here happy about being in a play-in game in which we are at best a 50/50 shot?

We were the 65th-66th best team in the country. Yay for us. GBFO.

I agree with Tenny, that isn't making the field. A play-in game is exactly that, you have to play to actually get in the tournament. The bad losses in a weak-a** SEC hurt this team, along with bad coaching and not being able to score in the clutch. If that's not enough an endictment on Martin with the talent he has, then I don't know what to do at this point.

8th in attendance, 65-68th in results. Nice return on investment.

I'm going to choose to believe that not even Rucker is this incompetent / stupid.

    Also, nobody would watch.

One play-in game between Eastern Kentucky and Wofford is a novelty. 4 of them are simply dead air.

    My guesses.

    1. Cuonzo better win Wednesday if he wants to return next year. It would be in his best interests to win Wednesday and Friday
    2. He may not want to be here next year himself.
    3. Pearl will not be here, or at any SEC school, as long as Slive is in charge, if Slive has his way.

    Officially? Nothing.

Unofficially? Make their lives a living hell.

Some would assert that it was Slive's weighing in that got Pearl ran from Tennessee, only given after we had spent so much time arguing that we would keep him "no matter what".

Part of me also wonders how much Butch Jones or Gus Malzahn would want a coach with that big of a NCAA's bulls-eye on their respective campuses.

They don't. It's why the Pearl to Alabama rumors are so funny.
